Yes I worked for FedEx Supply Chain in Nashville. Midway/Hixson Blvd.
I was through a temp agency then FedEx was going to hire me permanently. Then I had background check I put no for a felony because the judge said I can answer no after 7 years, so that’s what I did. And the day after the application. I told supervisor I needed to talk to HR and explain the reason and situation. But could not talk to her. After about two more weeks I still worked there and was being honest about the whole situation then they let me go because of that. And I think since it was over 21 years ago and prior to that and after that I have never been in trouble with the law. Even tho I did not to the crime I had to pay for the crime and had 18 months probation.
So I think the Head Corporate of HR and HR at midway in Tennessee should be fired for discrimination even though I tried to let them know about the situation.
I wanted to make a career at FedEx. And I still do. If there is anyway I can go back to the same FedEx supply chain in midway/hixson blvd and do the job I had it would be an honor.
